What is a shadow cast, I hear you wonder? We perform in front of a movie playing on a screen, adding in audience participation (prop bags, lines, and more fun) to make the show not just a movie, but an adventure. And just who are the Swords of Damocles? We are a troupe of actors, some who are new to the cast, some have been here many years. Before the Swords of Damocles, we were involved in the Justice League of Denton, the previous Rocky shadow cast, which is now defunct, and prior to that, the Pawnee 4 Players. We are proud of our heritage, and looking forward to new ideas, new shows, and new ways to seduce, inspire, and excite.
We began as a separate entity in October of 2008. Our aims are to keep unconventional entertainment alive in Wichita, while supporting our local venues and talents.
